Pilates is a method of conditioning that addresses the body and mind at all times. Joseph Pilates called his method “Contrology;” the art and science of control. His central concept was that by creating a strong center, and training the body to move from that strong center, the body can both stretch and strengthen in a balanced, efficient manner. Over 500 exercises created on the mat and on various apparatus help to create a strong core, lengthened muscles and connective tissue, stamina, flexibility, improved coordination and focus. This enhances athletic performance and daily life.

Our goal is to guide you on a journey of learning how to balance, strengthen, and stretch your body through Contrology.
